As as result of recent high winds we’ve had a number of enquiries relating to fence and post repairs.
We’re delighted to report that we had a new load of concrete spur posts delivered yesterday so we are well stocked.
Spur posts are designed to repair a wooden post that has rotted, been wind damaged or needs righting. These are great if the fence is in good condition but a post has rotted or been weakened at ground level. Please see images below which should explain this clearly.
Our spurs come in a range of sizes:
1050mm, 1020m & 1350mm spurs are designed for 4” fence posts.
1000m spurs are designed for a 3” fence posts.
To go with that, we sell all of the coach screws and bolts as well as bags of Postfix.
Most customers can collect these themselves as they fit inside a boot of a car, though we can offer a delivery service but this has an additional cost.
We do offer a supply and fit service for these, so please call for further information. We’re open to both the public and trade, but all visits to the site should be subject to social distancing and masks must be worn in the shop.
